Here is a bit of news re - the Hackensaw Boys - they will be playing in Floyd next Friday and playing at Bull Run Park in Centreville, Virginia the next Saturday and Sunday (June 3 & 4). Scott Perry, Blue Mule, John McCutcheon and Billy Miller will also be playing at that festival. To learn more please call 540-745-3378 or visit vintagevirginia.com

The Wild Turkeys will be playing sometime soon. I am not sure if they are playing at the Bull Run festival next weekend or at the Wine Down the Trail thing, I will try to get more info on this.

On June 24 there will be an art reception at the Jacksonville Center for the upcoming Earth & Stone exhibit. I believe that the reception for the Traces summer exhibit will happen on this day too. Billy Miller will be playing music for the reception, most likely in the silo with a few friends.

Also Billy & Joanne Bell just opened a beautiful shop in Floyd, please go see them there any day except Monday and Tuesday, when they are closed.
